1.5.7.5. Engine oil replacement

THE GENERAL DATA

Regularly replace engine oil, a minimum twice a year.

It is very important, as lubricant properties of oil gradually decrease at car operation.

If you go by the car basically on small distances or on dusty roads, or in city conditions when frequent braking and dispersal is necessary, or in a cold season when the temperature keeps below zero during the long period of time, it is necessary to replace engine oil more often.

As in oil to contain the washing additives, new oil becomes more dark after a small operating time of the engine. It is normal, and there is no necessity to replace oil more often, than it is recommended the manufacturer.

The prevention
Merge oil in the capacity specially intended for this purpose, thus it should be enough big to contain all oil.

Not to burn from hot engine oil, allow to the engine to cool down so that it was possible to touch it.

At cap untwisting маслоналивной mouths, hold fingers so that not to concern oils. Hold your hand so that the forearm was in parallel the earth. It it is necessary not to burn from the hot oil flowing downwards on your hand.

For its removal, turn off plastic nuts and screws with heads under a crosswise screw-driver () in niches of both wheels and screws with шестигранными heads () behind the panel.

The panel is necessary for establishing into place after oil change.

Muffle the engine.

Remove the panel.

Remove заглушку маслосливного apertures (it is specified by an arrow), when the engine still warm and merge oil.

Always use a new lining at installation заглушки into place. Do not draw заглушку.

Fill in oil in the engine. Do not fill in some more oil, than it is necessary. Always check engine oil level with the help probeа for check of level of oil.
