Before removal reduce pressure, having pressed a pedal of a brake about 20 times at the switched off engine
Before removal of the old accumulator drill an aperture in diameter about 3 mm on the party with air (the party on which there are no connections)

Use a bolt "банджо" with a filter

Has a clip for fastening of a tube of a high pressure

With the alarm indicator of level of oil
Fill with oil for greasing of hydraulic systems
Check of level of oil: turn forward wheels directly, allow to the engine to work in a single mode about 2 minutes then muffle the engine and check up oil level

Always replace sealing rings in places of connections.


The prevention

Put on goggles at aperture drilling in the pressure accumulator.


Since 1990 following elements have been modified on cars with a hydraulic drive of brakes:

      – High pressure tubes;
      – Bolts "банджо" for connections of tubes of a high pressure in connection places to the hydraulic pump and the pressure accumulator;
      – Sealing rings for connections of tubes of a high pressure;
      – The hydraulic pump;
      – The pressure accumulator;
      – An arm of the accumulator of pressure;
      – The plug of fastening of the accumulator of pressure.

These changes were entered gradually since model: the Compartment 8B LA 006 861.
